Discount Tire

Walked in around the time they opened and no one asked me for help, doesn’t matter if they’re busy. Waited about 15min and then when someone finally said “is someone helping you?” And I said “not yet I’m still waiting to be looked at” I was ignored again and told to wait again. The Grand Prairie location has horrible customer service and favoritism towards certain people if you aren’t dressed a certain way -_- it’s Monday and I wore pajamas, should have tried the Arlington location

Went in for a balance and rotation and the salesman only wanted to sell me new tires. Didn't care that I couldn't afford tires at the moment, and had bought tires 2 years ago from Discount tire. It seems like all they care about is making a commission and not what the customer needs. Its better to go elsewhere if you want to be treated like a person and not just a number or a commission percentage. Will never go back to Discount Tire, Pep boys or walmart will be better!

Nice guys. Long waits. Not enough chairs for customers to wait. A few had to stand. Don't bother getting a wheel alignment after 3pm. Tried 3 times and finally got one after waiting 2.5 hours. No I didn't want to come in at 8am or on a Saturday. The replaced my two tires and balanced the wheels to reduce the vibration I was getting. This took 1hr so not bad. Paid for the alignment up front but they didn't have time to do it so that's why I kept coming in to get it done

Needed a new rim on my C7 Corvette. Daniel went above and beyond to get the same exact rim at an amazing price. They also offer military discount. Very professional and courteous fellows up here at Discount Tire in Arlington!!

Despite the slight inconvenience from the CITY construction there are still access points to this location. I counted about a dozen seats and even two charging stations which 4 chargers could be hooked up to in a single charging station. I was reading the reviews and was worried since this is the closest location to our home and something was in the tire. I pulled in pretty much expecting to have to go somewhere else but since I have been a customer for almost a decade I decided to check it out. Place is clean, customer service was great, and they got our vehicle in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Shout out to Luis for taking care of my wife’s car. I did set an appointment online before hand though. It’s freezing outside and the crew is still working hard. I don’t see validity to the negative reviews but that’s just my experience I even provided some pictures of what was going on this day I visited. As for construction, it’s the city this store can’t do much about that. I work outdoors too and working in the cold is the worst but the crew is getting it done and I don’t see them taking coffee breaks like at other places.
